411 Locals

411local is a bad advertising. We gave them 260. Dollars to advertise us some work. They kept charging us for people looking at the ad. So far 154. Dollars is gone and no work is coming in. They promised to put us on front page and they never did. We haven't seen the ad yet on front page. I wouldn't recommend them they will rip you off.

In 31 years in business, I have never had a company who consistantly treats me.as if was one of the large companies they represent. I get calls weekly from marketing companies frequently, promising me a ride to the next level. Maybe they can. But loyalty from a company I know works and has my best interest in mind. Gives me a piece of mind that is priceless. I've put 2 girls through college. They are consistent. 411 locals is really the truth they have helped my company from the beginning to now. I can honestly say they do great business with their customers and always try to help as much as they can. The way thru keep me on track with how my business is running and their prices are amazing.

They will blow up your business phone cold-calling from Stoyanov & Hymes, never leaving a voicemail, then hang up on you when you call back and ask them to stop. Removing you from their call list absolutely requires that you give out more personal info. Or, alternatively, FORTY MINUTES of back-and-forth demanding they stop calling, them demanding my and my business' name, me asking for a supervisor, waiting on hold, yelling some more, etc. Hawkish practices, rude people, and zero ethics. Btw, they're an online advertising agency, so take those reviewers that claim a million a year bump in profits from 411 Locals with a few grains of salt ;)

I have exhalent results having my website with 411. At first I was a little concerned because of all the scams that is going on in our world today. I soon found out that once they got my website up and running I was receiving apx 2-3 calls every day or two. I was truly thankful that I did give present themselves to be just who and what they could do for me and my company. I have had a couple of issues with my website but they worked with me and did everything that they could do to correct the issues. I'm very happy that I am working with 411 and would 😁 advise anyone that is looking to advertising with a company that you will get results from, then I feel good about myself by telling you to choose 411. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. I run a digital marketing. I have a client who was getting charged a fortune for a website with 411 locals that was not designed well and not producing results. He had me redesign his site. When we went to transfer the domain he got charged $140 to release the domain. So far its taken 5 days and I still haven't gotten the domain. I have been on the phone with their customer service for over an hour. I got hung up on. Their customer service also has a very hard time understanding my request. They seem to outsource their customer service to other countries that are hard to understand.

Horrible company, keep calling you to sign up with them. And once you do so, they don't get you any performance at all and when you call them they don't reply or solve your issue. Worst experience with marketing ever. I haighly don't recommend such a company.

This company is a complete rip off !!! Last year which was 2020 they hit me for 1000 in December and I’m a pressure washing company,,, think about it ,, it’s winter time and your not getting looked that much so I cancelled them. Every since then till this day they call me constantly from different numbers and going on my page running up my bill with fraud clicks . I’m humble and don’t bother people and mind my business but they need to be sued or shut down!!! So if your getting calls that says United States it’s them I’ve did my math and my fraud calls matches up with my call log. They call me at least once a day !! I CANT STAND A THIEF!!! I wonder does the better business bureau can do a better investigation on them. Or how about we form a class action lawsuit because it’s no secret they scammers and all of us besides probably their reviews was a horrible experience. Next call I get forget it I’m going to lawyer up!!!

Stop calling me! I don’t want to do any business with you! I’ve asked you several times to take my phone number off your list but you keep calling. Judging by your reviews, makes perfect sense.

I would not recommend this company, once u get hooked with them it's like a maze, u can't come out...be careful people, it's very bad, people who work in this company are very very pushy, aggressive, no etiquette...and good luck for all who are involved with them already...

I work with home service contractors to help improve their websites and web presence. A new client is with 411 Locals, and he requested to have his domain + GMB transferred to my team to take over. They charged him $200 over the phone to do so, and now two weeks later they are completely unresponsive and have not give us the access to take over the domain or GMB. Completely unprofessional digital marketing service, stay away at all costs.

These guys call my husband day and night and talk in circles about the same thing. When we tried to ask questions about how things on their end worked and asked about all the negative reviews saying it was a scam she asked us if we knew how Google worked and kept asking my husband intimate questions about his business and wouldn't let him finish a sentence let alone get a word in because she was trying so hard to sell her "company". Stay away you guys.

They did absolutely nothing for me. Exept took my money for a web page that has fake photos and there phone number. I never recieve not one one customer or call. So I canceled with them. They never took down the web page with there phone number on it. So now when people search for my business on Google it take you to the page they put up which has the wrong phone number not the one I have made for myself. SO IM LOOSING BUISSNESS. Horrible scam of a company that makes unprofessional websites and have no idea what their doing. They charge you to run your Google listing. I can do that myself

Response Update: This is a response for whoever replied to my review. You are saying that the company has been in the industry for over 13 years and you have 42,000 satisfied people. Well, I hate to break it to you but you are still receiving bad reviews with a total of 3.0 rate which means, in terms of a company that provide services, that your company is one of the worse in customer service and the services themselves. How about the number of unsatisfied people who rejected your services or canceled??? I am a 100% sure that the ratio or the rate is going to be pretty high, in terms of unsatisfied people. So, don’t play the numbers game because you will lose with no doubt!!!!! Another update: Now, I canceled your scam services about 3 months ago with no payments due, and you guys still calling me asking for money!!!!! The first photo attached is an email saying that the services were canceled September 1st and that there is a final bill due. The second photo attached is another email saying that the services were canceled on October 9th and there is a higher bill due. Stop lying to people and find a real business or job to do. Update: I canceled their scam services over the phone a while ago. The marketing manager said that he processed the cancellation and everything should be okay. Yesterday, I received an email from them saying that their services were canceled yesterday so they are able to charge me more money. Check out the attached picture. Please do NOT give them your card’s information because they will start charging you without your permission. This company is a big SCAM. Do yourself a favor and stay away from dealing with them. They are just a waste of time for keep calling the customer again and again for nothin. My issue with them was that I didn’t give them permission to create a business on Google using my business name, and they want to force me to use their domain for my website, although, I made it very clear from day one that I want to use my own domain. Save your money and time, and stay away from dealing with them.
