I have been with Abstrakt for a year now and have been very happy. They work closely with me on a monthly basis to make sure my needs are met and to make sure we are 100% satisfied. Appointments have been consistent and has provided great growth opportunities for my business. We are now bringing on a another sales rep and I'm excited to see what the next year brings. I highly recommend Abstrakt to any growing business that may be on the fence about it. Invest in your business and the rest will follow.

My experiences have been very good with Abstrakt. It takes time to build a book of business, and they put in the work. I’ve used them for multiple campaigns, with mixed results, but they always put in the time I wish a biz dev rep would put in to prospect and just pick up the phone and get to work. I like their process. They follow up with me to improve the campaign. The quality of appointments will vary - just like they vary when you hire sales professionals. The difference is that you can hire Abstrakt without all the sales person drama at about half the price, with more accountability, and visibility into their process.

Over the years, I've worked with multiple outsourced marketing providers, advertising agencies, web designers, and marketing freelancers - and I have never worked with a company as bad as Abstrakt. We contracted with Abstrakt in 2020/21 to design a website for us, and it was a miserable experience. I saw a review for them on another platform that said "the smartest person you ever speak to there will be the person who sells you your contract". Another review said "they sold themselves as a Porsche but under the hood delivered a moped engine". Those reviews pretty much sum up what to expect. Prepare to be really impressed by their initial presentation and sales team, then be trapped in a contract with inexperienced, unprofessional, and overworked college kids trying to do the actual work. They spend very little time on understanding your business and don't actively listen, so consequently they produce poor quality and highly generic "template" work. Any attempt to bring in accountability inevitably results in them pushing back and asking you to do the work for them. I worked closely and held discussions with multiple people up and down the company - from designers and copywriters, to account managers, to team leaders, and up to the VP level. At every level of the company the attitude was consistent - they are a sales-driven organization and all they're really concerned about is your money. I didn't want to leave this review - as a business owner myself, I don't like negatively reviewing other businesses, but I feel compelled to share my experience to warn other small business owners. I also hope that somebody at Abstrakt in a position to make a difference may read this and change the culture there.

I started my career with Abstrakt 7 years ago and I started with very little professional business experience before I arrived here. The organization offers the best training and ongoing support to support your growth. I've watched hundreds of young professionals hit their stride and find their career path at Abstrakt and if you want to work hard and be extremely successful too, you need to check this place out.

Entered into contract in Jan 2020. Appointments that were set repeatedly did not meet criteria, or no-showed. Abstrakt would promise follow up calls prior to appointments in their emails, but never did. Abstrakt would also schedule appointments (and count them) with competitors, and count them. They would also schedule appointments more than once with prospects who were no-shows or previously found to not be a fit--and count them toward their appointment count. Finally, I was guaranteed 550 dials per month and they simply ignored that contractual obligation. Asked multiple times for proof of those dials, they admitted in writing that they didn't, and quickly set a bunch of bogus appointments (inaccessible call recordings, show up to the meeting and the propect says "Nobody set an appointment with me" and asked me to leave.)

Abstrakt is a great company to work with as they are flexible towards your specific needs as a company and have provided several new opportunities. We would recommend them to anyone who needed more marketing and business development within their business.

I work with Scott McQuality (yes that’s his real name) and we have had tremendous success. Abstrakt has set over 30 meeting for us in our first 4 months and we have given out 16 proposals and won 4 jobs so far.(plan on winning quite a few more)! If you are looking for an outside sales team (that’s how we refer to them) I highly recommend Abstrakt!

Joke of a company. The real reviews are the ones talking about the sales tactics followed with a horrible experience. After the 75th call that month from them ( 3-6 call a day) i took their call. Told them at this time i was looking for more workers than new customers (HVAC business) and they response was "That is a sign of a poorly run company when you can't find workers with a surplus available" There is a big difference in finding a good, honest technician in commercial HVAC and refrigeration work than say finding someone to man the local gas station. OR sit in an office and call hundred's of numbers a day over and over. Best part is, about 1 hour later the same dumb lady calls and tries the same pitch about how great they are and can help our company. These people are a nightmare.

This is a dishonest and unorganized company very unprofessional. They will take from your pay check with fraudulent deduction saying you bought thing that you did not. After I showed them proof from my bank statements no reimbursement was giving and they continued to do it. They change policies without notice, and they will not pay you your last check owed. Just a genuinely bad place to work and in these days and times I don't understand how a company would want to operate like this.

If I could give zero stars I would. In my 18 years of business I've never met a more unethical group of people who are full of lies and counter arguments when you tell them you're not getting any value out of their program. We've been with them for a few months, they did not hit their appointment guarantee, and I subsequently requested cancellation. They have been trying to convince me that they have met their guarantees, yet 2 of the 'appointments' they called our prospects and told them we sell shipping services- we sell warehousing pick/pack- so totally different business entirely! They won't drop those two appointments as a part of their guarantee. They also have only had 2 appointment set where anyone actually showed up on the call out of about 10. When you listen to the calls they make, you cringe, knowing you're being represented so poorly. I cannot stress enough that this is the WORST company I have come across in my career. Please please please dont fall into this trap. All of the positive reviews on here are from employees. This is a company full of con men. If you start pushing back and askign for real results they become insulting and I have now asked for cancellation 5 times, invovled my attorney and I still cant get confirmation that they're agreeing to cancellation. I had a $5000 guarantee if they didnt hit the target in the first 90 days, I doubt there is any chance I will ever see that money. Pure swindlers. Avoid avoid avoid. I hate leaving negative reviews because as a business owner, I would hope anyone unhappy with my company would give us a chance to resolve, and yet here I am because I have tried all proper channels and can't seem to find recourse otherwise. Avoid at all costs. 100% money out the window.

Worst place to work they show you all this fancy rooms in there buildings and then. Change policies daily and send out random emails 20 or 30 daily to say the updated you ... but then they put you on salary and make u bank time so you can't get OT or any extra money but if u miss anytime then u get docked pay but have no way to make it up.... by far the worst place I have worked ever

I've worked with this group for > 1 year and have been very pleased. Professional communication, good follow-up, great marketing material. Honestly they deliver on what they promise (and in this day that's a huge compliment).

They have a 60 Lead guarantee except they force appointments and when a person cancels the appointment or no shows, Abstrakt counts it against the 60. We have over 50% of our leads cancel before we event email or meet them. Frustrating because we tried to work with our account rep on it and they said don't worry, we won't count it and now that we are at the end of our 13 months, they didn't honor their promise.

I can't say enough about my team over at Abstrakt. They are very professional and work like a well oiled machine. They have great processes that make things easy for me to manage ALL of my incoming leads. They represent my company in a great light and I am always proud of my team when I listen to the recorded calls with my prospects! I don't write a lot of reviews, so you know this is a good catch!

Abstrakt only fulfilled 62.5% of their guaranteed meetings within the contract time, and never attempted to rectify the situation past the original term. The meetings that they did set up were NOT GOOD. Stay away!

I have partnered with Abstrakt Marketing Group for 4 years. Abstrakt continues to do what they promised- provide great appointments which fit the customer profile I am looking for. Over 30 years in business, I’ve struggled with consistency in marketing and sales. I tried different programs and have relied on myself to get work. As a result, I focused a lot on keeping the work and good customer service, but never found enough time to grow my business as I always desired to do. Having Abstrakt leading my marketing efforts, the lack of consistency has ended! Abstrakt does all the behind the scenes work to get me right in front of prospects I want to talk to. I have a great sense of relief knowing I have a team I can count on who are personable, professional and results driven. Each month I have a calibration meeting with Jacob, Abstrakt Director of Pipeline sales and David Business Development Associate. We review all activities that have taken place; calls, appointments, etc. which are in the pipeline. I could say more about the many benefits of working with Abstrakt, but one huge shift that has occurred with me and my company: we now have a sales culture, not just an operations culture. I am in my second contract year with Abstrakt, and my business continues to grow and develop further based off the leads they have provided. They have great sales people making calls on my behalf and getting my company message to the correct people. If there are ever any issues they will work with you to make sure the right thing gets done. You need to put the time in to develop the sales pitch, emails, and stay on top of your company portal- the time you put in will determine how successful you are with the leads they provide. Plain and simple, I have new customers and am generating additional revenue because of this company and their services.

After a year and a half of partnering with Abstrakt, we have finally started to get some traction on the B2B appointments that have been set. For anyone considering working with Abstrakt, there are a few things that you have to understand and be prepared for. Otherwise you may be disappointed as some of the folks who have left 1 star reviews. 1. This is a partnership that requires your full attention. The folks at Abstrakt have a great process and are good at what they do, but they are not necessarily experts in your particular industry or local business environment. You have to stay actively involved to make tweaks to the messaging, strategy, and ultimately the success of the campaign. 2. Like all marketing and outbound sales efforts, this process will take time to produce profitability. You need to be in a position to sustain monthly payments for as long as your sales cycle really takes. In some cases that can be a full year (give or take). 3. You have to have a good sales process to be able to close these deals! Know your target well and know how to close the deal. Abstrakt will get you appointments with the targets you specify, so pay attention and adjust as needed. In my experience, our B2B sales process needed some work and it took time to tailor the messaging, pitch, and closing tactics to make this work well. After seeing some success this year, we have now started a 2nd campaign with Abstrakt and will continue to partner with them to grow our commercial client list. Good Luck!
