Baines College Consulting began as a part-time charitable service offered to students wanting to capitalize on insider information to gain an advantage when applying for colleges & accessing funds to help pay for it. Donna Baines, Founder,spent 10 years working as a Corporate Director in college admissions with juniors & seniors in High School responsible for creating and training motivational seminars that would enhance a students propensity to complete high school and continue their education.
