Tennessee based firm that was founded as a for-profit, small, minority female owned business management development consulting firm over 20 years ago.  Its primary focus was on growth and development, training of small, minority/women owned firms, but over the years the company has expanded its focus to include, program and Project Management, contract compliance, monitoring, program review/auditing, reporting, and data collection.
