My company tasked me, an employee with zero expertise in the IT fields, to lead a 20 minute seminar on IP Routing starting from scratch... in five days. It was mayhem. Going to Deep Core Data was the best decision I made. They showed me informative materials they had released to the public (check out their youtube page) and the head of the company, John Brewer, was approachable and patient as I asked an endless stream of questions. I'm not even elaborating when I say this next part: my company was so impressed by the presentation that they offered me a bonus. 5 out of 5 would recommend to everyone.
