H2R Market Research was founded in 2001 and is jointly owned by Jerry Henry (President & CEO) and Jill Mowris (Senior Vice President). Together, their combined expertise in the research industry spans more than 40 years and includes a full menu of qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
H2R as a company believes in hard work and doing right. We treat our employees and our clients the way we want our family to be treated. Our returning client rate is one of the best—it’s one of our proudest accomplishments even though there’s no plaque for it.
Our collective areas of expertise include quantitative analysis, focus group moderation, advanced statistical analysis, questionnaire development, fieldwork across multiple data collection methodologies and more. The company has its own U.S.-based full-service call center located in the Midwest. Last year our surveyors conducted more than 170,000 outbound phone calls.
