Our senior pastor said he has struggled with communicating our process for 15 years, and in the last 5 months we've been able to accomplish it. House of Sticks helped us do that through their branding process. They do a great job of listening, asking questions, and stretching you to clarify your organization's direction. They respond quickly and provide you plenty of opportunities to give input. We have been using the resources for a few weeks and it we have experienced a collective "ah-ha" response to people who have been at Grace for years and new attendees.
