We also have a strategic partnership with the Canadian National Institute for the Blind where we support visually impaired entrepreneurs and business owners as well as employ visually impaired lawyers and paralegals. By creating a flexible, collaborative "anti-firm", we believe we are creating a space for lawyers who feel they do not fit or do not feel they can thrive within the legal industry as it is currently structured.
