They make sure they understand the Users needs and listen to our requirements. I know that the project will be completed as requested, although they will make suggestions during the development as to the best way to accomplish our goals. Level 12 is always my number one choice for development/coding solutions. Randy and his team not only put together some of the best custom tools for business use, they also grasp the true set of requirements that a client may provide to them, which is one of the most difficult processes on new development. Other companies need a client to provide a technical BA to enhance the message between a business user (client) and the developers. Not at Level 12. Level 12 is a simple one stop shop and Randy's team will always pull business users through the experience. I've used Level 12 for several large tools in the Merchant Payment space.

They listened to our needs, made suggestions and developed a program that saves us time, paper and allows everyone, from the front office to the shop floor, instant access to information. They took a little "what if we could do this" idea and turned it into something that has proven to be one of the best investments that our company has made. They kept us updated on their progress as they designed the program, provided options and solutions to situations that came up during testing and continue to keep in touch now that we are up and running. While my project was not something we moved forward with, Royce and David's honesty shined through to help my company make an important decision. We thought we did our due diligence before moving forward with an expensive IT project, Royce went out of his way to show us that our idea has already been created by someone else. They could've taken our money and built our idea, they instead did what was right for us. Saving me probably $25,000 - $30,000.
