I worked with Joe and his team on a 30 second, 15 second and 5 second version of a tv commercial. The end product was amazing and it really came from his vision, passion and pride. He wrote the script which I did not expect him to do--it was better than my own team would have written (for the product that WE sell). I was very impressed with the way he works with clients and his level of precision in creating the product. It was on time, on budget and an excellent product. I would absolutely work with Pagano again!

The Pagano Media team was tasked with website development for our landscape retail yard. Everything about the process was seamless. From introduction, expectation and contract through product development, launch and execution. This was all accomplished in season for our business which leaves us limited time for decisions. With a tight deadline and budget, we reached out to Pagano Media with a significant project: produce a 30-second television advertisement in only two weeks. I take great pleasure in extolling the exceptional work and customer service the Worcester Art Museum received from Pagano Media. Our exhibition "Photo Revolution: Andy Warhol to Cindy Sherman" has seven time-based-media elements for which we needed guidance on their presentation and installation. Alex Rajotte, with whom I worked closely, completed the work we needed on a very tight and unforgiving schedule. They even purchased new software to adjust to our hardware. When we ran into a hiccup during installation, Alex and his colleagues dropped everything and came to the museum to assist us onsite, even though our issues were outside the parameters for which they were hired. Our first project with Pagano Media happened about 10 years ago when we were setting up our site and the web was what all of our competition was using. Looking back, the site in design and functionality was ahead of its time. Last year Pagano designed the micro-site for our Radiology Department. Rave reviews! One other observation: I've always been struck by the depth and breath of talent Pagano delivers. If we could rate them higher than five starts we would.
