They have been responsive to our needs and offered insights I hadn't thought of before. When it came time to create a new logo, they nailed it. We first hired PH3 to design our 5 Star Resort website doradobeach.com, we were so happy with the outcome and results that we commissioned the redesign of it years later, needless to say we were extremely pleased with the final product. The team took care of developing images, copy, look and feel, and suggesting and executing other capabilities through the page. The site has been not only a marketing tool to deliver the lifestyle at the resort, but a tool that allow members to access their portal, receive information and manage their accounts; these tools reduced tasks from our team that allows them to improve the experience and increased club revenues. On a personal business level, we hired PH3 to redesign our Global Logistics company, Tradeworkspr.com. Even though this was a totally different market (from hospitality), our goal was to provide a seamless experience in a user-friendly environment that provided plenty of information for our clients about processes and regulations. They took the challenge, understood the task and successfully executed the project. If you are looking for a friendly, but professional team were you feel part of the team and not just a number in the client list, hire PH3. Also, it is a one-stop-shop option which accelerates the process!! And.... they brew great beers, so that's an additional perk! Cheers to that :)

I worked with Rick Romot and his team for a number of years with an early-stage business that was in desperate need of help with our website development. We brought in PH3 initially for our website needs, but quickly expanded the agency’s involvement in our business as their digital expertise became quite apparent. Not only did Rick’s team create a highly functional and engaging website that accelerated lead generation, the agency also brought our business up to speed in the beer industry that was highly influenced by Social Media. PH3 was a constant source of new ideas … challenging the status quo and pushing the envelope with ways to engage existing customers while attracting new ones. From website management … to Social Media … to SEO … PH3 was an invaluable resource. Creative from PH3 was always presented with a range of options from conservative/safe to edgy/controversial, but always with an eye on the business objective. Rick became our “go to” guy when we needed fresh thinking and needed to get noticed … and needed it quickly. His understanding of all things digital and the IoT was both impressive and helpful to our business … not to mention his personal interest and actual industry involvement as a craft brewer.
