We first hired PH3 to design our 5 Star Resort website doradobeach.com, we were so happy with the outcome and results that we commissioned the redesign of it years later, needless to say we were extremely pleased with the final product. The team took care of developing images, copy, look and feel, and suggesting and executing other capabilities through the page. The site has been not only a marketing tool to deliver the lifestyle at the resort, but a tool that allow members to access their portal, receive information and manage their accounts; these tools reduced tasks from our team that allows them to improve the experience and increased club revenues. On a personal business level, we hired PH3 to redesign our Global Logistics company, Tradeworkspr.com. Even though this was a totally different market (from hospitality), our goal was to provide a seamless experience in a user-friendly environment that provided plenty of information for our clients about processes and regulations. They took the challenge, understood the task and successfully executed the project.
