SkipperFilms has been part of our marketing agency's extended team for a couple of years now. Working with them has been nothing less than AWESOME. They consistently follow through on important details and bring fresh ideas and enthusiasm to our clients' video projects while still honoring the creative vision we have for productions. They work hard on-location and in post-production. Our clients have been thoroughly impressed at their talent and professionalism. Plus, they're a LOT of fun to work with. SkipperFilms is awesome! They were so easy to work with. My company hired them to create a 3-4 minute video of what its like to work for our company. They traveled all around the DC/Virginia/Maryland area and to Georgia as well! We had no idea on what we wanted/expected our video to look like but Billy was able to help us create a vision. He was always responsive and easy to get a hold of (email, text, phone) whenever we had any questions or had to ask him for small edits. The video that SkipperFIlms created gets us teary-eyed and emotional! We all love it. I would HIGHLY recommend working with Billy and his team!

My company hired Billy for an employee branding video shoot (which included 350 degree tours!) and he and his team were an absolute dream to work with. Not only is he professional and prompt (as are his teammates)- he is also artistically talented and on an individual level, just a pleasure to talk to. The price for us was also a great bargain- my company is a fairly large international organization, and we're used to costs being inflated by vendors with that- but Billy and his team always carefully explained every cost and were respectful of our budget. 5+ stars!

Skipper Films has done and extraordinary job in telling the story of our non-profit initiatives in Washington, DC, as we serve local homeless communities through Meant 2 Live Foundation. Worked with Billy and his team on a corporate event in the fall and the crew was fantastic! We had a great kickoff meeting over the phone and then met in person to view the event space. I appreciated that he took the time to meet me, even if just for a few minutes, so he could game plan the best footage. During the event, he and his team were great in getting both spontaneous and planned footage and were able to create a same-day event "trailer" and a four minute spoof video to show at our evening event. The final highlights reel was the best that any vendor has provided to us for this particular event - I didn't have to make any edits as the version Billy provided was awesome as it was! In addition to being professional onsite and providing ridiculously high-quality results, the guys were just a lot of fun! Billy, Brian and crew are great to work with and my team is looking forward to collaborating on more projects in the future.

Skipper Film are innovative film makers who are very creative in their approach and super fun to work with. They have serviced many different clients of mine, with different needs and ideas and always deliver a top notch product. I would highly recommend them.

Billy and his team were excellent to work with. I reached out to them needing a video for investor pitches with a VERY short lead time. They not only worked with us on our short timeline but they created a high quality video that exceeded my expectations and ultimately assisted with all of our fundraising needs. I still use the video on a regular basis (and anyone who sees it compliments it!). Would highly recommend working with them.

Billy and his team did an incredible job on my swim school videos. I was very impressed with how detail orientated they were in listening to myself and my marketing team when we presented our ideas and organized a schedule of shots. Billy took our notes and devised clear message points with very professional looking footage. I have had tons of customers compliment me on the quality of videos that are now on my school's website. I highly recommend Billy and his team and can't wait to use them again.

If there's a nicer, more professional, talented group of videographers for events, I'd be surprised. Billy and his team took what could be viewed as an ordinary tech conference and made it exciting and engaging. We had no examples to show him of what we wanted, but he managed to create it anyway. Billy and his team finalized our conference video the same day as our closing keynote which enabled us to show it to our audience while they were still at the conference and create a very successful Facebook campaign with it (I highly recommend utilizing the same-day service if you're running a conference). Overall, I can't thank Skipper Films enough for the professionalism they displayed and the fun environment they created for myself and other staff!

Billy is a true professional at his craft. He fully understand's his client's vision and exceeds all expectations. Billy produced a promotional video for my Session Musician business and the final product turned out way better that I expected. Billy is an amazing guy overall! He does spectacular work including directing, filming, editing, and just general videography. He is efficient and he comes with a plan and then makes it happen. I've worked with him a couple times and seen a ton of his work that he's done with/for other people and it is all of the utmost quality.

Quick responses and a great turn around! Working for a local university, we needed some last minute specialized shots in production we were creating for the school. We reached out to SkipperFilms last minute and without hesitation he was brought on board. The shots were exactly what we needed and he delivered the files faster than expected!

The best way to start this review is to say: Billy was at my venue before WE were at our venue. If that's not the greatest first impression, I don't know what is. Our ceremony was short and sweet, and not what you would call "traditional" by any means (our 6 children were present for our wedding). Billy captured the most important facets of our pre-ceremony, ceremony, and reception. From the crying toddler being hugged by his big brother, to my Oma dancing to The Twist in her apron because she was cooking food for our guests. From me applying mascara, to my husband trying to get our preschooler's dress shoes on after he lost his dress socks. From my dad and mom trying to keep the kids from running around the ceremony grounds, to my Opa taking a shot of Jack Daniels in all of his glory. From the moment our faces lit up at being pronounced 'husband & wife', to special words from our guests for us to treasure for a lifetime. These memories will live on forever, and we can watch them whenever we want. Billy was the first on the scene, and one of the last to walk away. He was a welcomed guest at our wedding, and there's no truer compliment for a vendor than to be loved and accepted by our crazy family. I highly recommend his services, and consistently refer him to friends, family, and strangers. This is one investment that is simply priceless.
