I have been working with the Snappii team since 2015. We created a Purchasing APP to replace current practice of pen & paper. When we first started the APP was somewhat simple, this was the goal all along. Now fast forward 5 years and we have taken this concept to the next level, we have constantly upgraded the APP and made significant changes along the way and still extremely simple to use. I am so amazed by how responsive the Snappii team has been in meeting my demands and changes over the years. Though this APP replaced a paper form it does much more. Within this APP you can Purchase, Receive, Return, Set up Projects, Set up Users, Set up Vendors and Run Detailed Reports and much, much more. This APP is practically a full-blown ERP system for our type of business. The features and controls behind the scene are unbelievable. Started working with Snappii for a simple App for our business in November 2015, told that it would take 3-4 weeks to complete. Buyer beware! Please do not use this company if you value your time and money! 6 months later, no App, lost my money. Endless back and forth to explain simple concepts that seemed to go without comprehension. Passed through too many employees, several of which do not work for the company any more. Given numerous excuses for why they were not getting back to us ("too much snow", "dental problems") To make a long story short, against our better judgement gave them a second and third chance, and still have no working product and are out our money. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us if you need more convincing to stay away from Snappii!
