Matt from Straight North was able to assess my business needs and after discussion he honestly told me that with the demographics I'd want to reach and the money it would cost it would not be a solid investment. There are few companies out there who would have such integrity instead of taking out hundreds/thousands of dollars per month from a small business. Nothing is guaranteed in marketing but I'm happy to know that a company like this is not about the bottom dollar - and instead values the ability to deliver to their clients. While we are not looking for mass expansion at this time, we will be calling Straight North when we are ready to take that step. Thank you for the advice and feedback!

From Ian Stevenson (VP Sales) to Ann Hambry (our project director) and every team member we met for discovery: They are professional, timely, creative, easy to work with and extremely organized! A key point that made them stand apart from other firms I interviewed to work with: They are honest, they explain things that I may not understand in terms that I could in order to help me make the best decision for our company. Bottom line they didn't try to sell me on things we didn't need, have a genuine interest in seeing your company succeed - which is smart - and why I have decided to work with them on two new projects this year. Very hard to balance the chaos of creativity and organization - they do it - seemingly effortlessly.

straight north is bunch of crooks .I reached out to them and allocated healthy budget for our SEO. I paid $9k first month and they made me sign contract for $6k every month for next six months.The kind of work they did was sub standard and my team would have to always go back and correct it .Now we not only paying them exorbitant money but wasting our time also.Needless to say our business started declining and i reached out to them in frustration fully realizing that SEO is a slow process to be told that no matter what you have contract signed for 6 month and that i have to pay them .I wrote email stating how can i pay my bills if my business is going down but they don"t care i encourage people to not sign any contract with this company .They will do horrible job and hold you down to your contract .|There are much better companies out there .These guys are not adequately trained to handle anything and you wont get anything close to what you paying for

He gave me honest feedback and told me he wouldn't be able to help with my very small business instead he gave me some good suggestions in order to accomplish what I need to with our website. He also suggested an associate who could help me with one aspect in which I needed help. When our conversation was drawing to a close I asked him what I owed for all of the terrific information, and he said nothing! I spoke with other companies looking for quotes around the same time and they were all high pressure, and offered no help.
