I've been working with Straight North since December of 2020 and it's been a great experience! Perhaps my favorite part is having a dedicated account rep- I've been very lucky to have Greg Kelly assigned to my account! He and the rest of his team have been a true pleasure to work with across both SEO and PPC campaigns.

Straight North goes beyond being a great agency partner. The Straight North team is a group of talented, professional revenue drivers. Having worked with Straight North to promote two mid-cap companies and two enterprise level firms, I have seen them set up programs and drive real SEM, SEO, PPC results from the ground up, time and time again. I'm not sure I would want to be a demand gen marketer without them.

They are thorough, detailed, and completely transparent in how they proceed during an SEO project. Honest and helpful. Matt from Straight North was able to assess my business needs and after discussion he honestly told me that with the demographics I'd want to reach and the money it would cost it would not be a solid investment. There are few companies out there who would have such integrity instead of taking out hundreds/thousands of dollars per month from a small business. Nothing is guaranteed in marketing but I'm happy to know that a company like this is not about the bottom dollar - and instead values the ability to deliver to their clients. After speaking to several firms on SEO and never feeling confident my business would be in qualified and capable hands, Straight North was a breath of fresh air. straight north is bunch of crooks .I reached out to them and allocated healthy budget for our SEO. I paid $9k first month and they made me sign contract for $6k every month for next six months.The kind of work they did was sub standard and my team would have to always go back and correct it .Now we not only paying them exorbitant money but wasting our time also.Needless to say our business started declining and i reached out to them in frustration fully realizing that SEO is a slow process to be told that no matter what you have contract signed for 6 month and that i have to pay them .I wrote email stating how can i pay my bills if my business is going down but they don"t care i encourage people to not sign any contract with this company .They will do horrible job and hold you down to your contract .|There are much better companies out there .These guys are not adequately trained to handle anything and you wont get anything close to what you paying for

He gave me honest feedback and told me he wouldn't be able to help with my very small business instead he gave me some good suggestions in order to accomplish what I need to with our website. He also suggested an associate who could help me with one aspect in which I needed help. When our conversation was drawing to a close I asked him what I owed for all of the terrific information, and he said nothing! I spoke with other companies looking for quotes around the same time and they were all high pressure, and offered no help.
